Volunteer Highlight
August 2023
San Antonio State Hospital honored and recognized Therapy team Robyn and Scotty. Robyn and Scotty have been making a difference at SASH since 2014. They had recorded 320 hours of volunteer time at SASH and traveled 13,280 miles to give their time and talents to patients. Due to Scotty’s age of 14 years and health, he has retired but not before the SASH gave him a Happy Retirement Party. SASH has had retirement parties, but this is the first for a therapy dog. What an honor. Great job Scotty. Enjoy retirement and thankful that Robyn has another therapy dog Luna who will continue the work at SASH.
